Getting started

FM teams tend to start with one site or one contract, setting up a talkgroup for that site's engineers and running incidents alongside whatever CAFM tool already tracks work orders. The dashboard runs on desktop, laptop, or tablet, so a duty manager doing a walk round can reassign a job from a tablet rather than heading back to an office screen.
