Questions about pricing
Ownership, terms and connectivity
- What happens if a leased radio is lost or damaged?
- A lost or damaged leased radio is charged at 50% of its current retail price. Normal hardware failure is covered by the included warranty.
- Can we try it first?
- Yes. Try 3 radios for 2 weeks with a £200.00 refundable deposit, subject to availability. We pay for delivery and return shipping. We refund your deposit as soon as the radios are returned to us. Tell us about your operation and we will arrange the trial with you.
- Why is RevoSIM billed annually?
- RevoSIM is supplied as a 12-month managed connectivity service. The annual payment covers the radio's connectivity for the full service period. Standalone RevoSIM is prepaid for 12 months and is non-refundable if you cancel during that period. This does not affect any statutory right to a refund.
- Can we use our own SIM cards?
- Yes, where the radio and mobile connection are compatible with RevoNet. Organisations with existing corporate mobile or M2M connectivity can use their own SIMs and purchase only the RevoNet Licence and hardware they require.
- Can we use existing PoC radios?
- Potentially. RevoNet is tested on selected third-party PoC and Android hardware. Check the Compatible Tested Hardware list on our Radios page, or contact us with the make and model you already use and we can confirm compatibility.
- What happens after the RevoNet Complete minimum term?
- Monthly rolling service after the initial 12 months. After the minimum term, cancel with 30 days' written notice to RevoNet. Email [email protected] with your cancellation notice. You are responsible for returning the radios when the service ends. The radios remain RevoNet's property.
- Do you offer charity or volunteer discounts?
- Yes. We offer discounted pricing for eligible charities, volunteer organisations and community groups. Discounts are assessed based on the organisation and deployment, so please contact us for a quote.
