This policy covers revonet.co.uk, operated by Zopware Ltd. The RevoNet app at app.revonet.co.uk has separate login and security storage.

Your choice

Optional analytics stays off until you select Accept analytics. Reject optional keeps it off. You can visit pages and send enquiries either way. Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to change your choice.

Accepting analytics allows us to measure visits and enquiry activity and remember the campaign that brought you here. It does not subscribe you to marketing emails or permit advertising or remarketing tags.

Essential storage and security

We save your choice in browser local storage as revonet_consent for 180 days, then ask again. This record stores your choice and expiry, not an advertising identifier. If your browser blocks storage, your choice applies only while the current page remains open.

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect trial, quote and contact forms against spam. These services process technical connection and security information. Cloudflare may use security cookies depending on the protection features enabled. They are separate from optional analytics. See Cloudflare's cookie documentation and Turnstile privacy information.

Optional analytics and campaign attribution

When Google Analytics is configured, its script loads only after you accept analytics. It measures pages viewed, selected calls to action and form starts, submission attempts, errors and successful submissions. We send categorical information such as form type and approximate radio count, not the name, email, telephone number, organisation name or message entered in a form.

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, commonly _ga and _ga_*, to distinguish visits and sessions. Our configuration sets cookie expiry to 90 days without extending it on each visit. Google also processes technical information needed to provide analytics. See Google's explanation of partner-site data.

If you accept analytics, revonet_attribution in local storage remembers campaign source, medium and campaign labels, the referring site's origin and the landing-page path for up to 30 days. This information can accompany your trial, quote or contact enquiry so we can understand which activities bring relevant enquiries. We do not store Google Ads click IDs, search-term parameters or full referring URLs in this record. Campaign links must not contain personal information.

Changing your mind

Rejecting optional analytics stops our measurement events and removes our campaign record and accessible Google Analytics cookies on the marketing domain. Information already sent is not recalled by changing this choice. Contact us if you wish to exercise a data protection right.

You can also delete or block storage in your browser. Blocking security features may prevent enquiry verification from working. Our own and third-party storage settings are separate from the session and login controls in the RevoNet app.

Advertising

We do not currently load Google Ads, remarketing or social advertising pixels on this website. We will update these controls and this policy before enabling advertising tracking. Analytics acceptance is not advertising consent.
