One network
Handheld and Mobile, on the same RevoNet network
RevoNet Handheld and RevoNet Mobile operate on the same RevoNet network and can share the same talkgroups.
- A Handheld user can talk to a Mobile user in the same talkgroup
- Your dispatcher can communicate with both from RevoNet Control
- Supervisors can use the same talkgroups across Handheld and Mobile
- Both appear in RevoNet Control where supported
RevoNet App: Android access for supervisors and other users who do not need a dedicated handset.

Compatible Tested Hardware
RevoNet is also tested on selected third-party PoC and Android radio hardware. These devices are not our primary recommended models, but they may be suitable for organisations that already own compatible equipment or have a specific hardware requirement.
We have not published any tested third-party devices yet. If you already have compatible hardware in mind, contact us with the make and model and we will advise on compatibility.

Choosing and using a RevoNet radio
- Which RevoNet radio should I choose?
- RevoNet Handheld is intended for most frontline users. RevoNet Mobile is intended for vehicles and fixed operational positions. Both operate on the same RevoNet network and can share talkgroups.
- Can we use existing PoC radios?
- Potentially. RevoNet is tested on selected third-party PoC and Android hardware. Check the Compatible Tested Hardware list on our Radios page, or contact us with the make and model you already use and we can confirm compatibility.
- Does compatible mean fully supported?
- Not always. Some tested devices may have limitations. Each supported model's page lists the functionality we have verified and any known limitations.
- Can we use our own SIM cards?
- Yes, where the radio and mobile connection are compatible with RevoNet. Organisations with existing corporate mobile or M2M connectivity can use their own SIMs and purchase only the RevoNet Licence and hardware they require.
