Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the RevoNet marketing website at revonet.co.uk and the RevoNet platform at app.revonet.co.uk (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Zopware Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

RevoNet provides Push-To-Talk over IP, dispatch, mapping, and operational tools for organisations. Features available to you depend on your plan and configuration.

We may update the Services from time to time. We will try to avoid changes that materially reduce core functionality for paying customers without reasonable notice.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

If you register on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services unlawfully or in a way that harms others
• Attempt to access another tenant's data or bypass security controls
• Interfere with the operation of the Services, including by excessive automated requests
• Upload malicious code or use the Services to distribute spam

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if continued access poses a security risk.

4. Plans, billing, and payment

Plan details are described on our pricing page. Free and paid plans may change; current prices apply at the time you subscribe or renew.

For paid plans, you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide on a monthly basis until you cancel. Failed payments may result in restricted access after notice.

You may cancel a paid plan through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

5. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Operational data you upload remains yours. We process it to provide the Services and as described in the Privacy Policy.

Each customer organisation is a separate tenant. We design the platform so tenant data is isolated, subject to the technical architecture described in our documentation.

6. Intellectual property

We own the RevoNet software, branding, and website content except where third party licences apply (for example open map data). You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Services for your internal business purposes while your account is active.

You retain rights to your operational content. You grant us a licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Services.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, and factors outside our control may cause downtime.

Support channels depend on your plan. Enterprise customers may have separate support arrangements in writing.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will meet every operational requirement of your organisation. You are responsible for how you use PTT and location tools in safety critical situations and for training your staff.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Subject to the above, our total liability arising from or related to the Services in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or £100 if you use a free plan.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account with notice if you breach these Terms, unless immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.

On termination, your right to access the Services ends. We may delete tenant data after a reasonable retention period unless the law requires otherwise or you have a separate data export agreement.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this site with an updated date. Material changes to paid subscriptions will be communicated by email or in-app notice where practicable.

Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
